TRANSIT FILMFEST is an independent film festival in Regensburg (Germany). The lovingly curated program attracts cinema enthusiasts with an interest in underground directors and internationally relevant, non-mainstream productions.

Inspired by Daniel Johnston’s »Hi, How Are You?«, the 2024 edition removes the blinders and seeks out encounters with the foreign, the strange and the unknown. We created a playful visual identity featuring bold typography and friendly illustrated characters that welcome everyone to a festival by and for outsiders, eccentrics, and nonconformists.
